March of Dimes

My brother-in-law workes at Farmers and was participating in the March of Dimes. My sister D was busy with another commitment so my sister K and I decided to take her place. K, N, and I ran the shorter route (3.2 miles) then she was off to work, while N and I walked back to meet the rest of the group and enjoy the marching experience with them.

Mother's Day Weekend

This has been one of the best Mother's Days for me. Matt came home to visit after not seeing him for 2 weeks. I also hated it because I knew his visit was very short.

Saturday we took the kids Simi Valley Street Fair, then went to a birthday party. Sunday we went on a family hike and then off to church followed by dinner at moms house.

Her first haircut

I thought Makenna would have received her first haircut by someone else and not quite so soon. Jacob found the scissors and Makenna was in his way. This is the piece of her hair I found on the floor.

Then I saw this on the back of Makenna's neck. He cut her with the never been used before scissors. There is a warning on the scissors: warning tip very sharp!
